What happens after you submit

Here's how your request is handled.

  1. Review Our operations team reviews your deletion request.
  2. Account closure Once approved, your account is deactivated and signed out on all devices. You'll no longer be able to log in.
  3. Legal-hold retention (6 months) To handle unpaid tolls, chargebacks and vehicle-damage disputes (GDPR Art. 17(3)(e)), rental records, verification photos and identity information are kept securely for 6 months.
  4. Permanent erasure After the 6-month window, all personal data — including driver's-license scans and ride photos — is permanently erased from our systems.
